KIWANIS CLUB OF VISTA - MONTEGO BAY

Breast cancer is the leading cancer among Jamaican women followed by cervical cancer. Approximately 300 women die annually from breast cancer.

To support the fight against this scourge within our communities. The Kiwanis Club of Providence Montego Bay host an annual 5k run and walk to generate funds to donate to the Cancer society.

Each year the Kiwanis clubs com together with corporate sponsors and members of the community to promote a healthier lifestyle and give encouragement for the survivors.

Being the "New kids on the block" The Kiwanis Club of Vista Montego bay was not going to be outdone, as we understand and appreciate the impact that this disease can have on the family and community as a vast majority of Vistaprint's employees are women.

We will continue the fight as we seek to with the help of our partners and provide support where needed.

Kiwanians Sasha, Martin, Shanique and Nasine, all participated in the 9th staging of the 5K run/walk organized by the KCOPM. 

This was held on Sunday, October 28th, starting from the Fairview shopping complex and at 07:00 am. The proceeds from this are in aid of our fight against breast cancer.
